Immigrant-Smuggler Gets 15 Years, 8 Months

The leader of a ring responsible for smuggling more than 100 illegal immigrants into the U.S. through eastern San Diego County has been sentenced to 15 years and eight months.
Armando Rangel-Rodriguez was convicted in March.
