Thousands flee another typhoon

Typhoon Utor lashed the central and eastern Philippines, forcing nearly 70,000 people to flee to evacuation centers, officials said today. About 59,000 people in an area devastated by Typhoon Durian 10 days ago in eastern Albay province and another 7,750 people from the central provinces of Cebu, Leyte and Southern Leyte had to flee to the centers, authorities said.
