It is always good to know where the delicious fries can be had ["Spud-tacular Fries," Nov. 30]. I have one more suggestion for some of the best fries on the Westside -- a little known Argentine restaurant called Carlitos Gardel. They do parsley fries that are to die for: thinly sliced crunchy fries slathered in garlic, parsley and a little salt. Order that, one of their amazing steaks, a little red wine and you're set to go!
