Blast Kills at Least 13 on Bus in the Southwest

A bomb ripped through a bus, killing at least 13 people and wounding 20 in a province of southwestern Pakistan racked by tribal unrest, police said.
The blast occurred in Kolpur, a town near Quetta.
In other violence, a woman, her three children and a soldier were killed by rockets purportedly fired by tribal militants elsewhere in Baluchistan province.
