Big West Conference

Cal State Northridge (9-11, 3-6) at Cal State Fullerton (10-10, 3-7), 2:30 -- Northridge used its 15th starting lineup to end a three-game losing streak on Thursday at UC Riverside. Fullerton, after falling to Pacific on Thursday, is reeling with four consecutive losses at home.

Pacific (17-6, 7-2) at UC Riverside (3-17, 3-6), 4 -- Christian Maraker had 25 points and 13 rebounds for his 13th double-double, and Pacific won its sixth consecutive game Thursday. Riverside suffered yet another injury when guard Dedrick Bates hurt his left knee against Northridge.

UC Santa Barbara (9-11, 2-6) at Long Beach State (11-10, 6-4), 5:30 -- Santa Barbara has won two in a row for the first time since opening the season with two wins in November. Long Beach reserve Louis Darby had a season-high 15 points in the win over Cal Poly San Luis Obispo on Thursday.

Cal Poly San Luis Obispo (6-14, 4-4) at UC Irvine (13-10, 9-2), 7, FSN West 2 -- Irvine has lost two of three, and its conference lead has shrunk to two games. Cal Poly coughed up a 20-point second-half lead in a loss to Long Beach.

West Coast Conference

Pepperdine (7-14, 3-6) at Loyola Marymount (10-13, 7-2), 7:30 -- Pepperdine is looking for its first road win since beating Nevada Las Vegas on Dec. 22. Loyola Marymount already has recorded its most conference wins since 1998.

WOMEN

Pacific 10 Conference

Washington (16-6, 9-4) at UCLA (14-9, 9-5), 1, FSN West -- The fourth-place Bruins have won four of five, including Thursday’s victory over Washington State. Today they will try to wrestle third place from the Huskies. UCLA shouldn’t lack motivation after losing by 21 in Seattle last month. The Huskies’ double-overtime win over USC on Thursday was the second-longest game in team history. Washington played a three-overtime game against USC in 2001, winning, 91-79.

Washington State (7-15, 1-12) vs. USC (14-9, 8-6), 2 -- The Trojans, who have fallen from second to fifth in the Pacific 10 Conference in the last two weeks, will try to end a two-game losing streak. Senior guard Meghan Gnekow, playing her final home game, will be acknowledged in a pregame ceremony. The Cougars have lost 14 of 15, and haven’t won consecutive games since Dec. 2 and 4.
