Two suicide bombers killed in a foiled attack Friday on the world’s biggest oil processing complex were on Saudi Arabia’s list of most-wanted extremists.

The Saudi Interior Ministry identified the men as Abdullah Abdul-Aziz Tweijri and Mohammed Saleh Gheith and said both were on a list of the 15 most-wanted terrorism suspects the kingdom issued in June.

Friday’s attack, the first on Saudi Arabia’s vital oil infrastructure, targeted the Abqaiq complex, where nearly two-thirds of the country’s oil is processed.
