New York’s Museum of Modern Art curator Terence Riley has agreed to take the helm of the Miami Art Museum in March, as it prepares to move to its new, expanded site overlooking Biscayne Bay.

“He’s going to be able to help us not just build a great building but build a great museum,” Miami Art’s board of trustees President Mary Frank said Tuesday

Riley, 51, will replace Suzanne Delehanty, who has headed the museum since its inception a decade ago.
