Parker scored 28 points on 12-for-13 shooting in the Spurs' 93-83 victory over the Grizzlies on Monday night at Memphis, Tenn. Eleven of Parker's field goals came on layups.
"If Tony can take what he did tonight and continue to improve, we're obviously going to be a much better team than the way we've been playing," Spur Coach Gregg Popovich said.
Nowitzki made only five of 22 shots and scored 18 points when the teams played Nov. 29, a road game Dallas lost, 113-111 in overtime.
Monday, Nowitzki was 14 for 21 in his fifth straight game with at least 26 points.
Minnesota 96, New York 90 -- Troy Hudson scored 10 of his 16 points in the fourth quarter, including a clinching three-pointer with 7.3 seconds left at New York.
Wally Szczerbiak and Kevin Garnett each scored 24 points for the Timberwolves, who seemed to be in control after building a 19-point lead in the third quarter. But the Knicks nearly rallied in the fourth, despite having to play much of the period without leading scorer Stephon Marbury. Marbury scored 20 points before leaving in the fourth when he collided with Szczerbiak while trying to fight through a pick.
Detroit 94, Boston 84 -- Rasheed Wallace scored 18 of his 23 points in the third quarter at Auburn Hills, Mich. The Pistons have won 15 of 17 and are an NBA-best 30-5.
Washington 104, Philadelphia 76 -- Gilbert Arenas had 22 points and a season-high 12 assists at Washington as the Wizards held the 76ers to their lowest point total of the season.
New Orleans 107, Charlotte 92 -- Chris Paul had 24 points, seven rebounds and six assists to lead the Hornets at Charlotte, N.C.
David West had 22 points and 11 rebounds for the Hornets, who earned their 18th win, matching their victory total from last season. They also improved to 3-1 in two seasons against Charlotte, where they played from 1988 to 2002 before moving to New Orleans.
The Rockets suffered their sixth straight loss, including the last four without McGrady, who was with the team but couldn't play as he continues to recover from back spasms.
Houston fell to 0-12 without McGrady this season.
Denver 97, Chicago 94 -- Carmelo Anthony scored 39 points and Kenyon Martin had 22 points and 14 rebounds to lead the Nuggets at Chicago. Trailing, 91-86, with 2:12 left in the game, the Nuggets outscored Chicago, 11-3, in the final minutes.
New Jersey 97, Indiana 92 -- Jason Kidd scored 23 points and made a season-high five three-pointers for the Nets at East Rutherford, N.J.
Baron Davis had 25 points, 10 assists and nine rebounds two days after posting his fifth career triple-double in a loss to the Lakers.
The Warriors haven't had a player record consecutive triple-doubles since Wilt Chamberlain in 1964.
