Sempra to Sell Plant to PNM Resources

Sempra Energy agreed to sell its 305-megawatt coal-fired Twin Oaks power plant in Robertson County, Texas, to PNM Resources Inc. for $480 million.

Proceeds from the sale will be used to fund Sempra’s other projects, the San Diego-based company said.
