Keeping traffic moving
Even when it does not rain, even when there is no holiday parade, even when sinkholes, pollution and power outages take a holiday, Angelenos can still count on traffic to slow their sizzling love affair with cars to a simmer. Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villagraigosa has ordered that pothole repairs be stepped up and that more traffic control officers be deployed.
