Anaheim Man Indicted in ’98 Rape-Murder
An Anaheim man was indicted Wednesday by the Orange County Grand Jury in the 1998 rape and murder of a liquor store owner, officials said.
Louis Acosta, 35, will be arraigned Friday in Santa Ana on charges of murder during the commission of a rape, officials said. Acosta was linked to the crime when evidence from the crime was linked to DNA and footprints from a robbery, kidnapping and carjacking elsewhere.
On June 4, 1998, a customer found Dung Duong in a pool of blood in D&D; Beer and Wine Market on Lincoln Avenue.
