Councilman’s Aide Won’t Face Charges

The city attorney’s office announced Friday that it would not file charges against Felipe Fuentes, the chief of staff for Councilman Alex Padilla.
Fuentes was the subject of a citizen’s arrest in April after he allegedly pushed a Padilla campaign aide who was being fired.
A hearing was held last month.
