U.S. stand is no reversal
Your headline says that President Bush has reversed his stand regarding talks with Iran (June 1). I don’t see it that way. What we are saying is, “If Iran will concede to our main point, we will talk with them.” Heads we win; tales they lose. That’s shrewd but no reversal.
