Share

Quiet Kim, who has run in three consecutive graded stakes since breaking her maiden Feb. 10, will drop in class and try turf for the first time in the seventh race today at Hollywood Park.

Owned by Chris Houchin and trained by Bob Hess Jr., the 3-year-old Real Quiet filly was well beaten in the Fantasy and Kentucky Oaks after finishing second to Balance in her graded stakes debut in the Santa Anita Oaks on March 12.

Patrick Valenzuela, who was aboard Quiet Kim for her only win, has the call this afternoon in the $51,000 optional claimer at one mile.
