Nissan to Complete Move to Tennessee in August

Nissan Motor Co. expects to complete the move of its North American headquarters from Gardena to Tennessee in August.
Thirteen of Nissan North America’s top 60 executives have retired or announced plans to leave the company before the move. Top executives were required to inform the company of their decisions by Feb. 1.
Company executives said Nissan expected half its remaining 1,240 employees to make the move. Those employees have until April 1 to tell the company their decision. Nissan is interviewing people in Nashville this week for finance positions.
