Congresswoman, Capitol Police Officer in a Tussle

Rep. Cynthia A. McKinney and a police officer scuffled after the Georgia Democrat entered a House office building unrecognized and refused to stop when asked, the U.S. Capitol Police said.
McKinney, a six-term congresswoman, struck the officer, according to one witness, a police official said, adding there were conflicting accounts of what happened.
