Take a fall break in Central California, where rates have fallen to as low as $49 a night at several inns on Monterey Bay and along Cambria’s Moonstone Beach.
The special rates are available Sundays through Thursdays and are valid through Nov. 21, and Nov. 26 through Dec. 21, subject to availability.
Participating Monterey Bay inns: Monterey Hotel, Deer Haven Inn and Carmel River Inn (all charging $49 per night).
Participating Cambria inns (all on Moonstone Beach): Pelican Cove Inn ($89 and up), Sand Pebbles Inn ($69 and up), Blue Dolphin Inn ($69 and up) and Sea Otter Inn ($69 and up). Participating Cambria Village inns are Cambria Pines Lodge ($69) and the Creekside Inn ($49).
