Mother accused of microwaving baby

A mother was arrested in Dayton on suspicion of murdering her newborn daughter by microwaving the baby in an oven.
China Arnold, 26, was jailed on a charge of aggravated murder. Her bail was set at $1 million.
Ken Betz, director of the Montgomery County coroner’s office, said the case was hard to develop because there was “not a lot of scientific research and data on the effect of microwaves on human beings.”
