Fugitive is arrested in suspected racial attack
FBI agents this week arrested a 26-year old man in Texas suspected of a racially motivated attack in Riverside this year.
Marc Anthony Davis was initially arrested in March after allegedly striking a black man over the head with a beer bottle because the man was sitting next to a white woman.
Davis was released on bail and, failing to appear in court in May, was sought anew.
With information provided by Riverside police, FBI agents arrested Davis on Monday near Killeen, Texas. Officials expect Davis to be extradited.
