ABC’s ‘Path’ comes to a fork in the road

Re “ABC’s 9/11 Miniseries Riles Clinton Officials,” Sept. 8

It’s interesting that the same folks who scream “freedom of speech” and worshiped at the feet of Michael Moore are the same ones decrying ABC’s miniseries, “The Path to 9/11.” The miniseries is based on the 9/11 commission report along with input from many other sources. It is sad that many liberals consider any type of criticism of President Clinton’s administration slanderous. Facts are facts, and there were eight years under Clinton versus eight months under President Bush leading up to 9/11. Get over it. We, the public, are actually capable of making our own judgments.

It sounds like Disney and ABC have hired the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth as advisors for this miniseries. Funny that it happens to come just in time for elections. Not funny that neither organization cares about the real truth.
