Passenger Is Subdued on United Flight From LAX

A man in fatigues air-boxed and tried to open the exit door on a flight from LAX to Washington Dulles International Airport, authorities said.
United Airlines Flight 890 landed as scheduled at 8:35 p.m., a Transportation Security Administration official said. No one was injured.
The man was subdued by other passengers and federal air marshals, a United official said. The FBI said agents and airport police were interviewing him.
