Central Banker, Driver Killed by Gunmen

A deputy chairman of Russia’s central bank died hours after being shot by assassins, officials said.
Andrei Kozlov succumbed in a hospital where he had been taken after the attack in northeastern Moscow.
The Interfax news agency said Kozlov’s driver was also killed by the two assassins, who then fled. The assault occurred at a sports arena where bank workers were having a soccer game, it said.
