* Revlon Inc. said Jack Stahl had resigned after more than four years as chief executive and president of the cosmetics maker. Stahl will be succeeded by David L. Kennedy, Revlon’s chief financial officer.
* Allstate Corp. Chief Executive Edward Liddy is stepping down at the end of the year and will be succeeded by Thomas Wilson, currently the president and chief operating officer, the insurer said.
