Priest’s death ruled homicide

The death of an American Roman Catholic priest who openly criticized the Kenyan government was homicide, not suicide as an earlier investigation found, a Kenyan court ruled. The court ordered the government to launch a new inquiry.
The FBI sent a team at Kenya’s invitation to look into Father John Kaiser’s death in 2000 and concluded that he probably shot himself.
