Judge approves Oracle settlement

Oracle Corp.’s $9-million settlement resolving claims it denied workers overtime pay was approved by a judge after the parties agreed not to bar some future lawsuits.
The revised settlement increases requirements to find and notify employees eligible for payments and allows those who don’t submit a claim to sue the Redwood Shores, Calif.-based software maker under federal labor laws.
