MTV to expand gaming division

Viacom Inc.’s MTV Networks plans to invest more than $500 million in its video games business over the next two years.
MTV said its game-related websites had 42 million visitors in June, up 20% from January.
In coming months, MTV will release the game “Rock Band” for Microsoft Corp.’s Xbox 360 and Sony Corp.’s PlayStation 3.
