Re “Small groups now a large threat in U.S.,” Aug. 16
It occurred to me that when people speak of “BOGs” [bunch of guys] and “GOGs” [group of guys] and “small, anonymous groups of disaffected men who radicalize one another and turn to violence,” they are speaking of the same sort of young men who make up the gangs in our city.
