Man held in shooting death at apartment

An apartment complex employee was in custody Saturday in connection with the shooting death of a fellow resident, police said.
Franco Edgar Neftali, 41, was arrested after the Thursday shooting of Son Neou, 67. Both were residents of an apartment complex in the 1000 block of East Bishop Street.
Neou died about 10 p.m. after being shot in the head inside an apartment, said Sgt. Larry Coleman, a spokesman for the Police Department.
Neighbors, he said, told officers that the shooting occurred during an argument.
