The riding is amazing; the ranch is nestled in a beautiful valley surrounded by more than 1 million acres of the Big Horn National Forest. The ranch is perfect for families. Accommodations are beautiful and exceptionally comfortable."

Utah: Great Mexican food

"AT a family member's suggestion, we tried the Red Iguana restaurant, which has won many awards. We were pleasantly surprised. The spicy Cochinita Pibil-shredded pork basted with achiote, served with a side of rice, beans and tortillas, was excellent. The restaurant maintains a diverse menu, including basics like tacos and enchiladas, plus the house-specialty mole."

Entrees start at about $12.
