Out of BBC World

RE “ ‘I Want My BBC’: Agree?,” by Matea Gold, July 9: If I can get BBC World in an Indian or Russian hotel room, why shouldn’t I be able to get it at home in Santa Monica? I am willing to pay for this, of course, so why not give me the option?
