Driver plows into crowd at street festival

A woman plowed her car through several blocks at a crowded street festival, injuring 35, including two police officers who chased the car on motorcycles, police said.
Seven people suffered major injuries, including two children younger than 3, an official said. One witness told WUSA-TV that the car “looked like a bolt of lightning” as it tore through.
The driver, identified as 35-year-old Tanya Bell, had a child 7 or 8 years old in the car with her.
