JetBlue’s on-time flights, revenue fall in February

JetBlue Airways Corp. flew just 58% of its flights on time in February and its unit revenue dropped 4% from a year earlier as an ice storm snarled operations.
The completion rate for flights was 91%, New York-based JetBlue said. Last year, the rate was 97%.
