Fleetwood to build Army apartments at Ft. Bliss

Fleetwood Enterprises, the biggest U.S. maker of recreational vehicles, will build 470 U.S. Army apartment units in the first phase of a base upgrade at Ft. Bliss in Texas.
The units will house 940 personnel in seven modular buildings, the Riverside-based company said. Financial details of the multimillion-dollar contract were not disclosed.
