Disagreeing but admiring the stand

Share

THOSE of us women who like a good coffee klatch first thing in the morning about our own hot topics are watching “The View” [“It’s She-Said, She Said,” April 22]. While I am mostly excited about the addition of Rosie O’Donnell (Personally I could not be more aligned with O’Donnell and Joy Behar and less aligned with Hasselbeck), I believe that Hasselbeck and O’Donnell are political rivals at heart but friends in spirit -- agreeing to disagree. At first, I was afraid Hasselbeck would be eaten up by the group -- but she has grown into her own and stands her ground and keeps her posture. And while I could not agree with her less, I have to admire her stick-to-itiveness and her sheer sturdy stance. Right on!
