Kraft acts to placate billionaire

Kraft Foods Inc. agreed to add two board members backed by Nelson Peltz after the billionaire investor agreed not to seek control of the company.
Kraft added Lois Juliber, an ex-Colgate-Palmolive Co. executive, and former Nasdaq chairman Frank Zarb. Peltz’s Trian Fund supports the nominees, Northfield, Ill.-based Kraft said.
