23 dead, 9 missing after typhoon

Floods and landslides triggered by Typhoon Lekima when it struck Vietnam’s central coast this week have left at least 23 people dead and nine missing, disaster officials said.
Lekima damaged about 77,000 homes, authorities said, setting the initial damage estimate at $41 million.
