Hamas and Fatah committed “grave breaches” of international law in their brief civil war in the Gaza Strip in June, a Palestinian human rights group said in a new report detailing a series of extrajudicial killings.

The Palestinian Center for Human Rights said 161 Palestinians, of whom 41 were civilians, were killed during the fighting in which the Islamic militant movement Hamas expelled security forces of the secular Fatah.

In some cases, people were seized in their homes and their bodies found dumped in remote areas. At least two people were pushed from tall buildings.
