From Times Wire Reports

The man who oversaw a fake Federal Emergency Management Agency news conference is out of a job.

John P. Philbin, FEMA’s now-retired external affairs director, was to take over public affairs for Director of National Intelligence Michael J. McConnell. But after Philbin’s involvement in staging the fake event, McConnell withdrew the job offer.

FEMA administrator R. David Paulison called the phony news briefing “an egregious decision” by Philbin and his staff.
