The drunk, disoriented and petty criminals are seen cooling their heels, waving their arms and even keeping their sense of humor in well-scrubbed and overlighted lockups from coast to coast. A kind of sequel to “Cops,” from the man who brought you “Cops.” Also airs on Court TV under the awkward title “Inside American Jail.”

Decision House

(MyNetwork, 8 p.m., Wednesdays)

Barely married couples spent three days in reality television to decide whether to stay together in this yell-at-the-set series. Judge Lynn Toler of the syndicated “Divorce Court” presiding.
