TAMPA, Fla. -- Safety Jermaine Phillips and reserve cornerback Phillip Buchanon intercepted passes, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers defeated the St. Louis Rams, 24-3, Sunday.

Backup running back Earnest Graham scored on runs of eight and 28 yards in the fourth quarter for the Buccaneers (2-1). Carnell “Cadillac” Williams rushed for a seven-yard touchdown in the third quarter.

The Buccaneers limited Marc Bulger to 116 yards passing and held Pro Bowl receiver Torry Holt to less than 100 yards receiving for the first time in five games between the teams. Holt finished with five receptions for 63 yards.

Steven Jackson had 115 yards in 30 carries and four receptions for 18 yards for the Rams (0-3).

Jeff Garcia completed 14 of 22 passes for 151 yards and no interceptions for Tampa Bay. Joey Galloway had four receptions for 42 yards after having four for 135 yards and two touchdowns the previous week against New Orleans.
