Cleveland 94, at Charlotte 74: LeBron James scored 25 points and the Cavaliers routed the Bobcats for their eighth straight victory. Daniel Gibson added 22 points for Cleveland, which is off to a franchise-best 17-3 start, going 16-1 after losing two of its first three games. The Cavaliers have won all eight games in the streak by at least 12 points to tie an NBA record, according to the Elias Sports Bureau.

at Miami 105, Oklahoma City 99: NBA scoring leader Dwyane Wade scored 25 of his 38 points in the first half to help the Heat win its third straight game. Russell Westbrook scored 30 points for the Thunder (2-19), which matched the fifth-worst 21-game start in league history. Four teams, most recently the 1993-94 Dallas Mavericks, opened 1-20.

at New Orleans 106, Memphis 87: Chris Paul had 21 points and 11 assists, and the Hornets made 11 three-point baskets en route to their sixth victory in seven games. O.J. Mayo, the Grizzlies rookie from USC, scored 18 points, giving him double figures in points in his first 20 NBA games -- the longest streak since Larry Bird hit double digits in his first 20 games with Boston in 1979-80.

at Dallas 100, Atlanta 98: Jose Barea scored 16 of his season-high 22 points in the third quarter, and Dirk Nowitzki had 24 points to help the Mavericks improve to 9-1 in their last 10 games. Joe Johnson had 32 points for Atlanta.

New Jersey 95, at Philadelphia 84: Devin Harris scored 27 points and Vince Carter had 14 points, 11 rebounds and eight assists for the Nets, who have won five of six.

at Chicago 117, Washington 110: Luol Deng scored 26 points for the Bulls. The Wizards are 3-15 for the first time since the 1966-67 season, when they were known as the Baltimore Bullets.

Denver 118, at Sacramento 85: Chauncey Billups scored 24 points as the Nuggets handed the Kings their eighth consecutive loss.

Clippers 107, at Minnesota 84: The victory was by far the easiest of the four wins the Clippers have notched in their first 20 games.
