‘Payback’ pain
Shame on you for printing “Payback Time” (On the Spot, Jan. 27), a terrible piece of propaganda about child support and passports. Writer Catharine Hamm owes an apology and an explanation to every child who has a dad who committed suicide because of unfair family law rulings.
