British Sea Power’s early U.S. shows felt like military operations -- the Brighton, England, band adorning the stage with foliage and taxidermy and dressing in World War I get-ups. Keyboardist Eamon even marched through the crowd playing a waist drum. Four-plus years later, BSP’s third album, “Do You Like Rock Music?,” ratchets up the musical energy -- and its IQ.
