Ex-CEO sues Children’s Place

Children’s Place Retail Stores Inc., the clothing chain that operates Disney apparel shops, was sued by its former chief executive, who wants to begin a takeover bid.
Ezra Dabah, who resigned at the board’s request in September over stock-trading policies, asked a Delaware Chancery Court judge to order the Secaucus, N.J., firm to hold an annual meeting promptly for election of directors.
