Re Deborah Netburn’s article about servers being too quick to remove plates from restaurant tables [“Are You Done With That? How About Now? Now?,” Feb. 21]:
I too resent having plates pulled from fellow diners while I’m still eating.
I know that servers and busboys are doing only what they’ve been trained to do. I’m afraid it will have to be the customers who will have to train restaurant owners.
