Alaska is where U.S. should get oil
Regarding “Woes mount for Mexico’s state oil titan” (Jan. 2): This story should make all politicians, Democrat and Republican, realize that it is time to tell those railing against offshore drilling and Alaska drilling to shove it. It is now time to take steps toward self-sufficiency. We have the oil; now we have to show the will to go get it.
