Critically hailed, the Coen brothers’ biggest box office hit is poised to bag a few Golden Globes. The thriller is the leading candidate to win best picture (drama), and awards watchers will be floored if Javier Bardem doesn’t snag best supporting actor. If the Coens take the director and screenplay awards, Oscar may be leaning toward a trip to the “Country” next month.
