6 workers to be fired after girls’ deaths
From Times Wire Reports
Six child-welfare workers will be fired for failing to address complaints about a woman’s care for her daughters, who were found dead in their home, Mayor Adrian M. Fenty said.
The bodies of the four girls were discovered when deputy U.S. marshals served an eviction notice. Their mother has been charged with murder.
