David Henrie turns 19 next week, but there’s more for him to celebrate: His popular Disney Channel series “Wizards of Waverly Place” features his character, Justin, in a new episode airing Sunday. The L.A. native also recently wrapped the movie “Dadnapped,” to be shown on the channel in October.

VALLEY HANGS On Friday night I’ll go out with my friends and some girls to see a movie at the ArcLight Sherman Oaks. Afterward, we’ll grab a bite at the Cheesecake Factory, where I’ll order the Chinese chicken salad. But if there’s too big a line, it’s on to P.F. Chang’s for Mongolian beef. PFC too crowded? Then it’s Fuddruckers.

GOOD CLEAN FUN On Saturday I’ll get the same bunch together along with a football and soccer ball and hit Zuma Beach. It’s a fun drive, with the sun shining and the windows down, and then we’ll throw and kick the balls around.

CLOTHES HORSE Later, I might go shopping at Ben Sherman, which has the dopest clothes in the Beverly Center. A fresh kind of look. Or I could check out some of the great shops nearby on Melrose.

NO SOUP FOR YOU For a nice dinner, if you like real sushi and not just rolls, go to Sushi Nozawa on Ventura in Studio City. It’s not the fanciest place, but the food is great and they have this chef my friends affectionately call the Sushi Nazi, because if you don’t get your order just right, there’s trouble. But it’s worth it.

UP THE HILL On Sunday I’ll take relatives who might be visiting from out of town to the place they always ask for -- Universal Studios. They love the Jurassic Park ride, the shark, the whole thing.

COLD AND SWEET On the way home we’ll go to my favorite yogurt place, Menchie’s. It’s got more flavors than Pinkberry, and not just the tart kind of flavors. You pay by the weight.
