Russert’s wake open to public
From a Times Staff Writer
A public wake will be held today in Washington, D.C., for NBC journalist Tim Russert, who collapsed and died at NBC’s Washington bureau Friday afternoon. The services will be held at the private, all-boys St. Albans School where Russert’s son, Luke, graduated, and where the “Meet the Press” moderator delivered the commencement address in 2004.
A private funeral and memorial is scheduled for Wednesday.
